First Day

Okay, so I realize that this is like three posts in one day, but I have some pretty exciting news.

I HAVE MADE A NEW FRIEND AND HE IS A BOY LADIES AND GENTLEFISH.

THAT'S RIGHT.

I MADE A FRIEND.

AND HE'S A BOY.

AND I AM PRETTY SURE THIS KID IS MY SOUL MATE BEST FRIEND.

Oh, and he's a ginge. Who just so happens to look adorably a lot like Rupert Grint. He's the guy who plays Ron Weasley for those unawares. ;)

No, but seriously; guys, I have never had a guy friend interested in a ton of things that I am who is a total nerd.

His name is Ryan, by the way. He's pretty cool. Emma keeps saying me and him are gonna get together (which most likely won't be happening) He's not the only new friend I made, too. His roommate Zachary is pretty cool too! I met him at the Meet and Greet thing Hendrix did a few weeks ago. He's really nice, I like him. Besides Emma, I've made some friends in Raney too! There's Pearl, who is a really adorable and short Vietnamese girl. She has the coolest dorm room out of all of us; she and three other girls are in the "TV Room" which is basically this huge butt room that is sooooo nice. I met her at the Meet and Greet, too. I also met one of the foreign students that lives in Raney. Her name looked really hard to pronounce, and she just goes by Carlis, but I think it's spelled Fuxein? She's from China, so it was really cool to get to meet her. Holy crap was that girly hyperactive though! Which was good though, it was really fun kind of hyper.

We just got finished with a mixer thing with our "Brother Dorm," Hardin, which also happens to be Ryan's Res Hall. It was a scavenger hunt type of thing that ended with us all in Hardin eating ice cream. I left about half an hour ago because good Jesus am I exhausted you guys. I think I'm going to bed here soon; I'm getting up early to go to the gym across the road. I'm really excited for tomorrow you guys. I can't wait!
